Easy Returns & Refunds at Eqwep

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind about a purchase. That's why we offer hassle-free return policies for most items on our platform, ensuring your complete satisfaction. Please note that there are some exceptions for Siemens and Wisewell products, which are detailed in each section.
Return Policy
You can return products within the following timeframes, subject to these conditions:
  • Return Window:
    • 10 days from delivery (except Siemens & Wisewell as noted below).
    • Siemens Appliances: 7 days from purchase (subject to approval by Siemens).
    • Wisewell Products: 30 days from purchase. 
  • Condition:
    • Item must be returned with original documents and packaging.
    • Item should not have been installed.
    • Item must be in perfect condition, free from any damage or wear.
How to Initiate a Return (All Brands)
  1. Log in to your Eqwep account.
  2. Navigate to the "My Returns" section.
  3. Select the order containing the item you wish to return.
  4. Click "Request RMA" to initiate a return request.
Returns Pick-up and Processing
  • Once your return request is approved, Eqwep will arrange a free pick-up of the item within city limits.
  • Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
  • Siemens: Their team will review your return request for approval before proceeding. Only unopened and unused appliances in pristine condition with intact packaging are accepted.
  • Wisewell: A return shipping fee of AED 100 applies. For issues beyond 14 days of receipt, contact Eqwep's customer support for assistance with Wisewell's return process.
Important Note: You are responsible for the returned products until they reach us.  
Refunds
  • Once your returned item is confirmed in good condition, your refund will be initiated promptly.
  • The refund timeframe depends on your original payment method:
    • Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be issued to your source of payment within 5-12 working days.
    • Tabby: Refunds will be credited to your Tabby account within 7-10 working days.
    • Bank Transfer: Refunds will be deposited into your bank account within 3 working days.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, simply contact us via Live Chat or WhatsApp. We will process your cancellation and issue a full refund within the same timeframes mentioned above for your chosen payment method (Credit/Debit card, Tabby).
Lost Invoice? No Problem!
If you've misplaced your invoice but still want to return your product in its original packaging, contact us via Live Chat or WhatsApp. We'll be happy to email you an e-receipt that you can use for the return process.
